Protein Xplode Bar contains a protein blend with varying rates of absorption. We are talking about MPC milk protein concentrate, collagen hydrolysate, soy protein isolate, WPC whey protein concentrate and hydrolysed wheat gluten. Depending on the flavour, the 40 g bar provides between 16 and 14 g of high-quality protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. It's also a shot of extra carbohydrates5 and dietary fibre6.

The protein bar does not contain much sugars7. So it works great as an alternative to eating sweets. It has no added preservatives, artificial colours and palm oil. However, the composition was supplemented with vitamin D, magnesium and zinc.
